PURPOSE OF REPORT

This Competent Person’s Report Executive Summary (“CPRXS”) has been prepared by Mineral Corporation Consultancy (Pty) Limited (“The Mineral Corporation”) for inclusion in full in documentation to be published by Wesizwe Platinum Limited (“Wesizwe”). The Mineral Corporation was instructed by the Directors of Wesizwe to prepare a full Competent Person’s Report as well as this CPRXS of the Pilanesberg Project (“Project”) Mineral Reserves based on the Mineral Resources dated June 2007 completed by The Mineral Corporation and the Feasibility Study (“FS”) completed by TWP Consulting (Pty) Limited (“TWP”).

In this CPRXS, all Mineral Resource and Reserve estimates are reported in accordance with the South African Code for Reporting of Mineral Resources and Mineral Reserves 2007 (“SAMREC Code”). The Section 12 JSE Limited (15 October Revision) listing requirements have been complied with as well as those of the SAMREC Code and SAMVAL Code (2007). The SAMREC and SAMVAL Codes are referred jointly as the SAMCode. This CPRXS is a true reflection of the full Competent Person’s Report.
