Johannesburg, 22 April 2010: Wesizwe Platinum Limited
is pleased to announce that the Department of Mineral
Resources has granted the Company all the requisite approvals
and consents to conclude its acquisition of a 37% interest in the
Western Bushveld Joint Venture (“WBJV”) from Rustenburg
Platinum Mines Limited (“RPM”), as well as the concurrent
transaction with Platinum Group Metals Limited (“PTM”).

statements for the year ended 31 December 2009, Wesizwe
Platinum Limited (“Wesizwe” or “the Company”) has announced
that the Board of Directors has been presented with an interim
report, which is available for perusal, from independent audit and
financial services company, Deloitte South Africa, and the
corporate and commercial law firm, Deneys Reitz Attorneys (“the
Deloitte and Deneys Reitz reviews”) following an investigation into
allegations of corporate governance misdemeanours at the
Company.

CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Johannesburg, 12 January 2010: Following the meeting of the
Board of Directors of Wesizwe Platinum Limited (Wesizwe) on 11
January 2010, it has been announced that Ms. Dawn Mokhobo has
been appointed as the Chairman of Wesizwe with immediate effect. It
was also confirmed that Mr. Michael Solomon will continue in his role
as Chief Executive Officer.
